Job Overview:
As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical services to clients. This includes software and hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Your expertise in various Windows operating systems, printing systems, and computer hardware will be invaluable in ensuring seamless connectivity across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Technical Services:
    • Maintenance of system software including Windows operating systems, configuration services, and system image creation
    • Installation, maintenance, and upgrades of office series software, IE series software, and other business software systems
  • Application Software Services:
    • Resolve client issues with commonly used software operation, hardware problems encountered, and provide basic training
  • User Guidance Services:
    • Provide guidance on software and hardware usage, software operation, and internet use based on customer needs and actual conditions
  • Hardware Maintenance Content:
    • Hardware installation, debugging, network configuration, peripheral installation, and driver installation
    • Detection, localization, and troubleshooting of hardware faults
    • Providing hardware repair and delivery services
  • Network Issues:
    • Terminal network connections
    • Terminal network troubleshooting
  • Helpdesk Service Content:
    • Handle tickets assigned by the Call Center and complete them on time
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with various Windows operating systems, printing systems, and computer hardware
  • Ability to support Office Network, Shared Drive, Wireless, and VPN connectivity
  • Good communication skills and ability to plan and organize work
