Job Title: QC Inspector with CMM

This position is responsible for conducting daily incoming, in-process, and final inspections as assigned by the Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and be proficient in operating and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Operate and program CMMs for dimensional inspections.
  • Maintain inspection reports and related documentation.
  • Perform measurements using various tools, including micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and profile projectors.
  • Identify and report non-conformances or quality issues to the Quality Supervisor.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration status.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of quality inspection experience in a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in CMM operation and basic programming.
