Phaidon International is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Singapore - Raffles Place. This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Brand Head, with a base salary and uncapped monthly commissions. About the Role As an experienced recruitment consultant, you will operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes developing new business, building and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing and qualifying candidates, and managing the offer process through to successful placement. Prior recruitment experience, ideally within the company's core sectors. Strong desire to operate as a 360 recruiter, managing the full-recruitment lifecycle. Strong client relationships management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships. Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets. Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset. For management-level roles: demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting performance goals, and consistently exceeding targets.
