We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to apply for the role of Executive in Marketing, Programme Planning & Scheduling. The role of the Executive in Marketing, Programme Planning & Scheduling is to work closely with the Program Manager in assisting to manage the upcoming new location at *SCAPE. He/she will be assisting the Program Manager to source, curate, plan, liaise, manage and execute all events & activities happening at *SCAPE. This opening is hired under IMDA Company Led Training (CLT) Program.
Responsibilities & Tasks

• Assisting the program manager in planning and curating events and activities at *SCAPE.

• Collaborate with content teams to assist the program manager in develop marketing plans for new content.

• Working with marketing team to develop marketing plans to promote the event.

• Working closely with the program manager to develop program plans and schedule to enhance audience base and drive commercial revenue and short term schedules for specific prime content for various channels.

• Identify content shortfalls and opportunities to deliver new content and successful programmes in alternate slots to launch a promising new show.

• Manage network scheduling as per content and commercial requirements.

• Sourcing for relevant resources to support the events and activities.

• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

• Minimum education level: Diploma/Degree in Marketing. Minor in Events Management/Hospitality Management will be ideal.

• This position is strictly for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only due to the nature of the program.

• Minimum 1 year of working experiences in marketing, programme planning and event management. Fresh graduates with relevant experiences will be considered.

• Must be self-driven and takes initiative to perform the given tasks.

• Have a good knowledge and identify the latest marketing trends

• Resourceful and meticulous in the details.
