Roles & Responsibilities Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (Total 10 months and 20 hours) Working hours: · Mondays to Fridays: 8.00 am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break · Total 42.5 working hours per week · Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Scope of Services: 1. The candidate shall report to the school’s Head of Department of Student Development & School Leaders. 2. Officers will work closely with students, school staff, and liaise with external agencies to provide timely support for at-risk students and promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing positive school culture. Candidates requirements: · Shall be registered with the Ministry of Education. · Should have Diploma in counselling or social work or some experience in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, Community Development experience, or related field · Must have at least 2 years of working experience in student welfare, social services, or community work (experience in school settings is an advantage) · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage students, staff and families (if appropriate) from diverse backgrounds · Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment · Knowledge of child protection policies, basic counselling techniques, and case management processes is preferred · Passion and disposition to work with at-risk students · Empathy for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties · To be proactive and possess good working attitude and be willing to learn and take up new challenges Tell employers what skills you have ReferralsPsychologySocial ServicesChild ProtectionNeeds AnalysisInterventionsMental HealthCommunication SkillsPreventionWellbeingCase ManagementDispositionCommunity DevelopmentStudent DevelopmentAble To Work Independently
