Conference Scientific Advisor
position is a full-time role based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish guidelines for company-wide events to enhance a professional image of a global academic publisher.
Monitor the online resources to check the updates on suspicious conference organisations.
Apply to join key authoritative organizations and advocate for MDPI events.
Establish a scientific committee for conferences, composed of external scholars, to provide suggestions and maintain ongoing relationships through regular meetings.
Conduct interviews with attendees, chairs, speakers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) involved in the conference, and generate content, including qualitative and quantitative analysis reports on conference-related topics.
Provide support in resolving regional PR issues, if applicable.
Develop strategies and propose potential solutions to enhance the growth of the conference team.
Involve in organizing the World Sustainable Forum.
Job Requirements:
PhD holder
Published scientific papers
Attended academic conferences
Good at copywriting
Outgoing
Experience in organizing academic conferences is preferred.
