We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team. As an Infant Carer, you will provide top-notch care for new mothers and their babies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning, bathing, and changing diapers on a regular basis
  • Assisting with feeding, including breast milk expression and bottle-feeding
  • Monitoring temperature, feeding patterns, mental or physical behavior, and other necessary information to ensure the well-being of the baby
  • Guiding parents in infection control and baby safety measurements to create a safe environment
  • Ensuring baby safety, umbilical care, oral and eye care to prevent any potential harm

Mother Support

  • Monitoring mums' recovery progress and providing emotional support
  • Guiding breastfeeding techniques to promote successful lactation
  • Providing guidance on baby care techniques to empower parents
  • Assisting mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions to alleviate stress

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess certification in nursing care, infant care, or relevant courses to demonstrate expertise
  • A good working attitude, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with others
  • Independent, resourceful, willing to learn, calm, patient, and physically fit to meet the demands of the role
