Troubleshoot problems, make repairs, and complete inspections. Ensure smooth maintenance processes with strict adherence to schedules & targets. Verify the aircraft conformity and the state of its engine or cockpit pieces. Maintain the aircraft, repair reported defects and ensure plane serviceability. Supervise and/or coordinate with other technicians and assist with training. Qualification As our ideal candidate: You must have aviation/trade specific training or equivalent qualification. You are able to read mechanical engineering drawings. You have minimum 7 years in aircraft experience on mechanical or avionics. You are attentive and able to coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a continuous smooth progress and completion of the projects. ALG – Aircraft Technician Job Responsibilities: Responsible for a broad range of maintenance tasks for several commercial aircraft models. Troubleshoot problems, make repairs, and complete inspections. Ensure smooth maintenance processes with strict adherence to schedules & targets. Verify the aircraft conformity and the state of its engine or cockpit pieces. Maintain the aircraft, repair the reported defects and ensure the plane service so it can leave in confidence. Supervise other technicians and assist with training. Job Requirements: Diploma/NTIC in aeronautical engineering, aerospace, or any equivalent. 3-4 years' of relevant experience in line/base maintenance for commercial aircraft is required. Willing and able to perform rotating shift, including night shift work. Be available to start immediately. Cabin Aircraft Technician Responsibilities: Inspection, repair, work on passenger and crew seats, galleys, toilets, aircraft cabin equipment and all fixtures & fittings items associated with cabin interior. Remove and replace aircraft parts relating to the aircraft cabin. Maintain manuals and technical documents pertinent to the repair and maintenance work. Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the working area. Monitor, maintain and control spares and materials. Perform cabin configuration changes on fleet as per operational requirements. Assist aircraft engineers & technicians with daily maintenance activities. Other ad‐hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements: Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Electronics, Aerospace Avionic Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering. At least 2 years of cabin maintenance working experience, excluding OJT/Helper. Exposure on wide‐bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts. Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable. A&C Aircraft Technician Responsibilities: Perform C and D aircraft heavy maintenance tasks as directed. Perform other tasks reasonably requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor. Carry out routine aircraft servicing tasks as required in accordance with maintenance manual procedures. Maintain tools and equipment; conduct safe working practices. Other ad‐hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements: Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Electronics, Aerospace Avionics Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering. At least 2 years of A&C maintenance working experience in aviation industry, excluding OJT/Helper. Exposure on wide‐bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts. Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable. Sheetmetal Aircraft Technician Responsibilities: Perform structural repair as per OEM approved Structural Repair Manual. Assist aircraft license engineer and supervisory lead to perform damage/repair assessment. Perform part forming such as skin doubler, stiffener, and bracket for structural repair. Perform basic airframe/cabin task for access removal. Maintain excellent tool maintenance and housekeeping practices. Other ad‐hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements: Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Electronics, Aerospace Avionics Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering. At least 5 years of sheet metal working experience, excluding OJT/Helper. Exposure on wide‐bodied airframes, Boeing and Airbus commercial aircrafts. Familiar with basic structural repair tooling and practices. Must be able to work in confined space such as fuel tank if needed. Capable to interpret OEM approved engineering drawings, aircraft/Component Maintenance Manual and Structural Repair Manual. Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable. Engine Overhaul Aircraft Technician Responsibilities: Perform disassembly/assembly of engine/module for repair and overhaul. Perform boroscope inspection. Install engine components onto engine/module. Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works. Requirements: Minimum NITEC/Diploma qualifications in Aerospace Engineering, Aerospace Electronics, Aerospace Avionics Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering. At least 2 years of Engine Overhaul working experience, excluding OJT/Helper. Able to commit rotating shifts, if applicable. Ground Support Equipment Operator Responsibilities: Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of GSE. Ensure equipment decals are visible; replace if necessary. Deliver GSE to and from hangar. Inspect GSE around airport bays. Reposition maintenance steps from bays as needed. Ensure metal structures of GSE are corrosion free. Lubricate all movable joints. Requirements: NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic engineering. Class 3 or 4T preferred. Benefits and Training Basic $2500 - $2800 + Variable Bonus (for some positions).
