Key Accountabilities Provide support for key initiatives and projects, with a primary focus on the in‐house end‐to‐end Credit Products Trading System. Assist trading desks, including Credit Derivatives and Credit Trading , in ensuring smooth system operations and issue resolution. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , including test trade design, test trade booking, troubleshooting, and investigation of test results. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and supporting units to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues discovered during testing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on system functionality, process enhancements, and test outcomes. Requirements Basic understanding of Credit and Fixed Income products is preferred. Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex financial products. Self‐motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‐functional teams. Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin‐speaking stakeholders.
