The HTxAI Products team is committed to empowering our Home Team Department (HTD)'s flagship projects through the seamless integration of AI technologies. From identifying opportunities to delivery, launch, and continuous enhancement, HTxAI aims to push boundaries and set new standards in homeland security. The Head, AI Software Engineering, is a technical manager who oversees the development of an array of HTxAI products and solutions to meet the business needs. This is a technical role which includes managing a team of software, AI, DevSecOps and QA engineers. The successful candidate must be able to understand the business aspect of software product work, lead discussions with external partners (commercial and non-commercial), and be able to articulate the value of the various solution options in layman terms to non-technical users.
