The Content Strategist will focus on developing and curating content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging narrative. By leveraging SEO best practices and data-driven insights, the strategist will optimize content to enhance user engagement and work with internal teams to support the company’s overall marketing goals. What You'll Do: Lead the development and implementation of a content strategy that spans multiple platforms, including our social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns. Collaborate with the Content Editor, Marketing Leads, and internal teams to brainstorm, create, and curate content that aligns with key marketing pillars and maintains a consistent brand voice. Ensure all content is tailored to meet the needs of various audience segments, supporting the company’s overarching marketing and business goals. Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audiences, and create content for social media where necessary. Curate content that aligns with the brand’s values and objectives, ensuring relevance and timeliness across all platforms. SEO & Optimization: Integrate SEO best practices into content development to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Continuously monitor and refine content based on performance data and industry trends to maximize impact and reach. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other content creators to produce multimedia content that supports the brand’s storytelling efforts and is consistent across all touchpoints. Ensure proper and timely flow of content service requests to relevant teams. Facilitate regular content planning meetings and maintain open communication to align content efforts with broader marketing strategies. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field 4-5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role; preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or beauty A proven track record of developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement across multiple channels Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush is a plus Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and user engagement trends Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing content performance metrics, with experience using analytics to optimize and adapt content for improved engagement and reach Excellent collaboration and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Who We Are: Ask & Embla is a rapidly growing Alternative Body Jewelry brand based in Singapore with a collective following of more than 500,000 across our social media channels.
