Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate Trainee to join our team. As an Investment Associate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company while providing professional advice and tailored investment solutions to clients.

You will be responsible for analysing client portfolios, understanding their financial goals and risk appetite, and recommending suitable products and strategies in line with market trends and regulatory guidelines.

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, both individual and corporate.
  • Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance through consultations and fact-finding.
  • Develop and recommend customised investment strategies and product solutions.
  • Monitor clients' portfolios and provide regular updates and rebalancing advice.
  • Stay updated on market movements, economic trends, and new investment products.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct financial seminars, workshops, or client events to share market insights.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and research teams to enhance client offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Some experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or private banking is required.

A sound knowledge of investment products and financial markets is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.

A client-focused mindset with a consultative approach is required.

The candidate should be driven, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
