Your key responsibilities are as follows:
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and oversee the quality of new products from testing, sample builds to mass production.
  • Perform FAI and tabulate measured data into First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
  • Work closely with program managers on NPI builds and engineering evaluations.
  • Conduct trainings to QC inspectors before handover of NPI projects to Production.
  • Perform qualification validation of equipment, processes and test methods.
  • Create, review and update Work Instructions, Potential Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) , Control Plans , Quality Inspection Standards and Sample boards before
