Job Responsibilities
Support general administration and coordination of project activities, ensuring smooth execution.
Manage documentation, project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates.
Develop and maintain platforms for sharing project efforts and outcomes.
Contribute to process improvements and maintain related documentation.
Prepare documentation for audits, reports, and submissions.
Record training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
Organise materials for events and meetings, track milestones, and maintain records.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Relevant qualification in office administration or project management.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, including project coordination or management.
Interest in reminiscence facilitation and eldercare (preferred).
Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise, and work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high IT literacy.
