Job Overview:

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to analyze and interpret vehicle data, supporting aftersales diagnostics across the APAC region.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying and troubleshooting HV system faults through CAN signal interpretation and log analysis.
  • On-site support for critical aftersales issues is also required, as well as conducting data analysis to model user behavior and generate insights.
  • Additional responsibilities include supporting vehicle OTA upgrade process and performing post-upgrade data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HV systems, e-drive, or related areas, with an understanding of vehicle control strategy being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CAN bus diagnostics tools, including CANalyzer and CANoe, is essential.
  • Strong backend data interpretation skills are necessary, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms like Hive, knowledge of SQL development, and data processing workflows is desirable, as is experience in automation using Shell/Python scripts.
