Overview Job Role/Level Network Engineer / Level 1Skillset Category Common Mandatory Skills Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama Preferred Skills F5 Load Balancer Responsibilities Install, configure, and support routers, switches, and firewalls Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and apply security patches Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence Support firewall rule implementation (User-ID, Application-ID)Assist in security incident response and remediation Participate in audits, vulnerability testing, and disaster recovery drills Stay current with new technologies, threats, and best practices Qualifications Cisco Networking Certification required (CCNA or CCNP)Strong technical skills in Routing and Switching (core requirement)Proficiency in configuring and managing NGFW firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortinet)Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless Networks, DNS, NAC (ClearPass), and monitoring tools Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus Palo Alto certification Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Service-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
