Define Item, Bill of Material & Process routing for new products.
Establish manufacturing processes and assembly work instructions based on the customer's specification and provide training to technicians.
Design Jigs and Fixtures to aid in the manufacturing process, especially on welding.
Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
Define process required, study and special process or tooling requirements.
Follow up and evaluate processes on the production floor.
Develop 3D model and generate 2D flat pattern based on Customer drawing.

Manage Engineering Change Request (ECR) process for NPI projects, for instance get approval from customers and DFM proposals.
