Job Opportunity: Technical Solutions Expert \

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical solutions expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in low-voltage electrical products such as drives and motors.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, including site troubleshooting and commissioning of LV drives. They will also be responsible for organizing in-house training sessions for the sales and marketing teams, as well as providing technical training and seminars at consultants' and end-users' premises.

\

Additionally, the technical solutions expert will assist the sales team in expanding the regional distribution network, compose bills of materials based on tender specifications, and provide customer support by responding to technical questions and understanding customer requirements.

\

The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills in drawing and drive configuration, as well as strong site troubleshooting and application skills. Project management skills are a plus, and the ability to conduct technical trainings and presentations is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling low-voltage electrical products such as drives and motors. \
  • Possess relevant skills in drawing and drive configuration. \
  • Willing to provide hands-on pre- and post-sales technical support to customers. \
  • Strong site troubleshooting and application skills. \
  • Project management skill is a plus. \
  • Confident in conducting technical trainings and presentations to partners and customers. \
  • Sales attitude to support sales team. \
  • Solution-oriented mindset. \\
