Now, we're looking for a driven and passionate Beauty Advisor who will elevate our customer experience and fuel our next stage of growth. What You'll Do Drive Sales & Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service while driving sales through expert product recommendations. Meet & exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers and introducing them to the latest K-beauty trends. Build long-term relationships with customers, turning them into loyal Ksisters fans through personalized service. Elevate The In-Store Experience Keep our store vibrant and engaging—maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are beautifully presented. Support events & workshops to bring the Ksisters experience to life, including exclusive brand activations. Be an expert in Ksisters' brands—stay updated on our curated selection of K-beauty, skincare, and personal color analysis trends. Operational Excellence Ensure smooth store operations—manage stock levels, handle transactions, and assist with inventory planning. Take initiative to improve processes and create a seamless shopping experience. Work closely with the team & Store Manager to optimize customer engagement and sales strategies. Requirements Passionate About K-Beauty – You're always up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends. Results-Driven & Customer-Oriented – You build strong customer connections and stay motivated to achieve sales goals. Warm, Friendly & Professional – You understand great customer service and love helping people feel confident. A Strong Communicator & Problem-Solver – You confidently advise customers and handle any challenges with grace. Organized & Detail-Oriented – You keep things running smoothly. Team Player & Proactive Contributor – You look for ways to improve and grow with the company.
