Job Description
Take the lead as Technical Authority across key systems: ATC, ATS, IXL, Radio Communications, and Trackside Signalling Units-especially GoA4-level automation.
Guide the design, integration, and deployment of advanced signalling systems for high-profile rail projects in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Provide engineering leadership on-site where needed, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time execution.
Lead and develop a self-sustaining engineering center-hiring, mentoring, and growing a team of high-performing engineers.
Define and implement best practices across all signalling disciplines, promoting technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with regional leadership to set and track engineering KPIs and deliver strategic improvements.
Be a technical ambassador, advocating our solutions in tenders, client engagements, and industry forums.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of experience in railway signalling and automation, including deep knowledge of design, delivery, and operations.
Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, with both functional and people leadership responsibilities.
Experience working with diverse teams and clients across different cultural environments.
Familiarity with systems engineering, software development methodologies, and IT/cybersecurity standards related to signalling.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
