Roles & Responsibilities Key Purpose
Responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, order picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with warehouse procedures and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities
Perform receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory movement of goods. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of local and overseas orders. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock-taking activities. Monitor and manage products with shelf-life and special storage requirements. Support production-related inventory movements and finished goods transfers. Process warehouse transactions and inventory updates in SAP. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Support general warehouse operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements
Minimum ITE Certificate or Diploma. At least 1 year of warehouse or inventory management experience. Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Forklift license is required. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Meticulous, responsible, and able to work with a sense of urgency. Able to work overtime or on weekends when required.
