Procurement Specialist
Purpose and Scope
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and international vendors.
Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure high-quality materials from reliable suppliers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable prices

• Manage daily operational purchasing needs, including planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders

• Reconcile sales orders versus purchase quantities

• Facilitate stock-take and maintain inventory stores in a tidy and organized manner
Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance Management

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing or construction industry

• Strong vendor management skills and attention to detail

• Good accounting and cost accounting skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity
