Roles & Responsibilities

Job Highlights:

We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Event Crew. The crew is responsible for working under the instructions of the Event IC, assuming the role of ticket taker, welcoming guests, inspecting equipment for damage after use, and checking equipment against an inventory list, among other duties. Moreover, event staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.

Event Venues:

  • Bishan: Open field beside Bishan Junction 8 (Central Singapore District)
  • Bukit Gombak: Bukit Gombak ActiveSG Stadium (South West District)
  • Geylang Serai: Open field beside Wisma Geylang Serai (South East District)
  • Punggol: Open field beside One Punggol (North East District)
  • Yishun: Open field beside FutsalArena @ Yishun (North West District)
  • Singapore Sports Hub, National Stadium
  • Marina Square Atrium

Event Period: 4 August 2025 to 30 September 2025

Employment Type: PART TIME (weekday & weekend)

Pay rate: From $10.50/hr

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest safety, enjoyment and smooth operations at the events involving inflatables.
  • Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control to prevent congestion and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Ensure safe admission and exit flow process for our guests.
  • Enforce safety guidelines and house rules for inflatable activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries, concerns, managing lost and found items and aiding Event IC and fellow team members as and when needed.
  • Sell merchandise and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale system.
  • Assist in maintaining event site cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Support upkeep of event equipments such as monitoring inflatable structures for signs of wear and tear, and report maintenance issues as needed.
  • Be familiar with emergency protocols and procedures in case of unforeseen incidents.
  • Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of attendees.
  • Execution of other tasks assigned by Event IC.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to work on weekdays and have the flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.
  • Able to withstand long hours of standing/walking.
  • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • At least GCE 'O'/GCE 'N' Level Certificate
  • First Aid trained would be a bonus
