Private Wealth was established to meet the growing demand for Blackstone products among high-net-worth investors, partnering with private banks, wealth management firms, and family offices to deliver Blackstone's alternative products, support, education, and training.
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week in-person experience providing mentorship, feedback, technical and soft skills training, networking, and immersion in Blackstone's culture.
This role is ideal for those eager to gain experience at a leading alternative investment firm, supporting the growth of Private Wealth in the region, and developing knowledge in sales, legal, operations, marketing, and strategic planning.
Client Coverage Job Description:
The Summer Analyst will support the Private Wealth distribution business in the region, engaging in functions such as Sales, Investor Services, Product Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and Global Strategy Partnerships.
Support projects like market research, product launches, client sessions, distribution negotiations, due diligence, marketing requests, roadshows, and fund closings.
Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, and finance.
Product Strategy Job Description:
Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory and competitive landscapes, supporting new product creation, engaging with regulators, and collaborating across business functions and globally.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with cross-geography collaboration desire.
Effective communicator with presentation skills.
Creative and capable of conveying complex concepts.
Excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with financial markets, investment strategies, products, and regulations.
Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.
Eligibility:
Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or master's student, with no more than 1 year of full-time work experience if pursuing a Master's.
Expected graduation between September 2026 and June 2027.
Resume must include expected graduation date and GPA, in PDF format.

June to August weeks).
