Visiting Associate Professor in Chinese Medicine
The School of Biological Sciences (SBS), College of Science at NTU invites applications for a Visiting Associate Professor in Chinese Medicine. SBS offers a bilingual Double Degree Programme in Biomedical Sciences and Chinese Medicine, in collaboration with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM). This program aims to integrate Western biomedical sciences with Chinese Medicine principles and practices. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring.
SBS and CoS promote diversity and inclusion, recruiting based on merit regardless of age, race, gender, religion, marital status, family responsibilities, or disability.
Requirements
Conduct a full course on Chinese Medicine based on BUCM syllabus and materials.
Administer, mark, and grade examinations.
Teach courses including “Synopsis of Golden Chamber”.
Qualifications
PhD in Chinese Medicine from a recognized university.
Extensive teaching and/or clinical experience in Chinese Medicine, preferably in China.
At least an associate professor from a recognized university.
