Youth Work Associate | Up to $2.9k | 5 Days | Buangkok Working location: Near to Buangkok mrtWorking hours: 5 days(including one weekend), Shift work(2 shifts, 8 hours/shift); 8:00am - 4:00pm // 2:30pm - 10:30pmSalary: $2600 - $2900 + Shift AllowanceYouth Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation.Responsibilities: Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline and standards of regimentation in the institution. Support the shift during emergency. Deliver Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions. Ensure safety and security of premises, include perform body & property check, carry out security patrols, dormitory checks, and conduct urine test (when necessary) Manage and provide care for the daily living needs of the residents in the Hostel. Plan and conduct engagement activities in educational and recreational programmes for the residents Able to develop positive relationship with the residents. Facilitate proactive and restorative circles (attain competence) Involve in admission process. Involve in taskforce, to assist and execute tasks required from the taskforce. Requirements: Diploma with 2 years working experiences. To perform night shift(10.30pm - 8.30am) on adhoc basis when required.
