The Role Assist engineers in execution of design of experiments (DOEs) and implement engineering solutions for continuous improvement on lab equipment to achieve quality and cycle time targets and meet engineering qualification activity schedules. Key Responsibilities Provide basic and higher technical level debug via root cause analysis to resolve test‐related issues and improve equipment consistency to achieve production goals. Document test results and generate reports in a timely manner. Verify all engineering work orders and release work orders to the lab. Execute engineering evaluation of equipment upgrades/enhancements and lab equipment maintenance activities per procedure. Preferred Experience Understanding of semiconductor testing. Ability to work with minimum supervision and lead initiatives. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Academic Credentials Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with a minimum of 3 years (for senior technician and above) related working experience; OR NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with a minimum of 5 years related working experience.
