We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to support enterprise initiatives and BAU enhancement projects within the investment and banking domain. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, manage documentation, and support testing and production activities while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
The ideal candidate will have
3–5 years of experience
in technology business analysis or software development, with strong exposure to
investment/banking applications . Hands-on expertise in
BRD/FSD documentation, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, API integration, Agile delivery, and software test planning
is required. Knowledge of
Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, Futures & Options, OTC products, regulations, compliance, and investment data operations
will be highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support enterprise initiatives and BAU enhancements projects.
Job Requirements
Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
At least
3 to 5 years
of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently.
Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning, and production support.
Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and business processes.
Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.
Experience in Agile methodology skills with strong delivery mindset.
Good team player and communication skill.
Possess relevant knowledge and experience in Fixed Income, FX, Futures and Options, Derivatives and OTC product, regulations and compliance.
Experience in data management/operations in public market investment.
Salary budget up to 8000 SGD
