This Position reports to: Service Operations Manager Role Overview In this role, you will help run operations that drive real impact. You will execute medium to high complexity service work, adhere to ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines, and deliver excellent customer service. You will take initiative to identify new service business opportunities for ABB. The work model for the role is: Onsite Responsibilities Ensure customer focus, urgency, and care in your direct area of responsibility, building sustainable customer relationships for growth, satisfaction, and retention. Drive the development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score) to consistently improve customer experience. Allocate, drive, and monitor work based on order content, delivery time, competencies, and workload. Manage a team of service professionals, guiding their development, and ensuring effective organization and direction within your area of responsibility. Qualifications Diploma / ITE in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. At least 3 years of technical experience in the electrical industry. Stakeholder/Project management experience in electrical switchgear. Planning and coordination experience in technical services of electrical switchgears and devices. Site supervisory skills with good interpersonal relationship skills. Good communication skills professionally with customers, colleagues, peers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
