This role involves overseeing the overall service experience in a restaurant setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive excellent service, and that all team members are working efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Supervision: Ensure that guests are consistently provided with prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This includes greeting guests, assisting with seating, and attending to any special requests or needs. ">
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff and service team members. Assign tables, delegate tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow during service. ">
  • Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately, relay orders to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to guests. ">
  • Quality Control: Check that food and beverages are served according to standards for presentation, temperature, and portion size. Address any issues or complaints promptly. ">
  • Training and Guidance: Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction. Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members. ">
  • Table Setting and Preparation: Oversee the setup of dining areas, ensuring tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests. ">
  • Upselling and Recommendations: Suggest menu items, specials, and beverages to guests to enhance their dining experience and increase sales. ">
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with regular guests, handle VIP customers, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit. ">
  • Billing and Payments: Prepare and present bills, process payments, and ensure accurate billing procedures. ">
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the dining area and by the service team. ">
  • Reporting: Report any operational issues, guest feedback, or incidents to the Restaurant Manager or management team.
