Operating across the UK, Greece, Singapore, the Middle East, and India, Troy connects institutional capital, family offices, and UHNW investors to curated global investment opportunities. Role Overview The Investor Relations Director (Singapore)will lead Troy's fundraising and capital sourcing efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia. The primary mandate is to raise and deploy capital from the Director's existing investor base through Troy Group's international deal flow — including private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real asset opportunities. This role is designed for a proven fundraiser who has: • Raised over USD 100 million in investor commitments, • Maintains a live, active network of institutional and private investors based in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. Key Responsibilities Lead Troy's fundraising and investor acquisition strategy across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Convert existing investor relationships into new capital allocations for Troy's global mandates. Source, engage, and manage institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and UHNW clients. Host private investor dinners, roundtables, and roadshows in Singapore and key ASEAN financial hubs. Collaborate closely with the global IR and BD teams on mandate strategy, investor materials, and deal positioning. Provide weekly investor engagement reporting, updates, and CRM pipeline management. Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and cross-border capital requirements. Represent Troy Groups at major regional and global investment conferences. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. 10+ years of investor relations or fundraising experience in private markets. Proven fundraising record exceeding USD 100 million in investor commitments. Extensive network of institutional investors, family offices, and sovereign allocators within Singapore/ASEAN. Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa preferred). Deep understanding of private capital markets, fund structures, and regulatory frameworks. Strong relationship builder with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Preferred Skills Background in private equity, venture capital, asset management, or family office advisory. Experience organizing high-level investor events. Strong financial modelling and investment presentation skills. Willingness to travel globally for investor engagements.
