About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Science Program Manager to lead our data science initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and facilitate smooth transition to business-as-usual teams.
  • Present findings in a business-friendly format and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing data science projects or products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management approaches, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
