We are currently partnering with a leading Financial Services firm who are looking to hire a VP level candidate on a 6-month contract, to support on all aspects of Financial Reporting.
This Role Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Following
Maintaining complete and accurate accounting records for both stand-alone entities and Group consolidated results.
Handling day-to-day finance operations, including ledger entries, account reconciliations, and payment processing.
Preparation and delivery of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports for Senior Management, Shareholders, and Regulators.
Conducting detailed analysis of business performance against budget.
Overseeing timely completion of annual audit, tax filings, and other regulatory submissions.
Leading the planning and preparation of the Group's consolidated budget, business plan, and forecasts.
Developing presentation materials for Board and Board Sub-committee meetings.
Providing financial support for third-party business ventures, including maintaining full accounts and reporting.
To Be Eligible For This Role You Will Require
Degree in Accountancy and a Chartered Accountant (or equivalent professional qualification).
At least 8 years of relevant experience in financial or management reporting, with a strong track record of delivery.
Solid knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), accounting principles, and tax regulations.
