Job Description Supervise and lead a team of Back Office processing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback, to ensure high-quality work output. Coordinate with other departments within the branch to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless workflow across different functions. Monitor and review processing activities to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements as needed to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for escalations and inquiries related to Back Office operations, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement. Back Office processing entries, including SWIFT message 1st approver for Loan, Treasury, as well as Remittance transactions. Requirements Prefer experience in many kinds of banking jobs, e.g., Accounts, Loan, Trade Finance, Treasury and Reporting. Strong understanding of MAS regulatory reporting, SWIFT operations, and AML/CFT framework. Ability to work independently, determine priority and meet deadlines. Preferably proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Familiarity with CDD process and possession of a relevant degree or professional qualification in banking will be considered favourably. Others Able to start work at short notice.
