Strategic Planning Executive (Strategic Planning & Research) - Govt / LXY We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support strategic planning and research efforts within a public sector setting. You will play an active role in data analysis, planning, and coordination to strengthen organisational strategies and service delivery. About the Role In this role you will contribute to data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings, develop organisational workplans, plan team retreats and internal events, support group‐level data analytics and reporting, and lead special projects and administrative coordination to achieve team objectives. Key Responsibilities Support the team in data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to inform decision‐making. Develop organisational workplans and update transformation initiatives. Plan team retreats and internal events to foster collaboration and alignment of priorities. Support group‐level data analytics and reporting to management. Contribute to special projects and administrative coordination to achieve team objectives. Requirements Degree in Social Sciences , Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field. Research and analytical skills ; experience with qualitative research or interviews preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate level). Excellent report writing and communication skills . Experience with SPSS or similar data analysis tools is advantageous.
