Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Lead and support sourcing activities related to Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) services. Execute quarterly sourcing plans and manage supplier allocation. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements with key OSAT partners. Serve as a core member and host of the Global Commodity Management Team. Monitor supplier performance and drive timely escalation when needed. Contribute to the corporate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including preparation of relevant materials. Collaborate with the Advanced Sourcing Team (US) to develop and implement sourcing strategies. Provide supplier loading direction to the Planning team. Develop and maintain supplier interruption and contingency plans. Act as the key project manager for Approved Supplier List (ASL) initiatives. Organize and lead periodic supplier business reviews. Serve as a subject matter expert in Assembly/Test supply trends, shortages, and cost drivers. Foster long-term, win-win relationships with strategic suppliers. Continuously monitor supplier capacity and proactively reserve capacity when necessary. Track supply availability and identify potential sources of disruption. Maintain supplier scorecards, technology and quality roadmaps, and risk management plans. Lead regular business reviews, host technology discussions, and provide program status updates.
