The Opportunity Opportunity to work in MNC company 5 days' work week, Office Hours, Hybrid(3 Days Office, 2 Days Home)Working location: Changi Responsibilities Responsible for managing issues raised in JIRA Service Desk (eg. issues management and reporting)Assist with system testings (eg. SIT/UAT) during Sprints and issues fixes Support system maintenance deployment during Sprint/fixes deployment Support system operations (eg. system monitoring etc)Involved in systems configuration process/projects/initiatives, contributing to defining technical specifications and configures test cases Conduct/facilitate user requirements analysis for implementation of technical integrations with external and internal systems Manage vendor technical support team for L1/L2 incident resolutions, bug fixes and system enhancements Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, IT, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system engineering. Proficient is system testing, maintenance and operations.
