Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager (Coastal)role at SJ Group Responsibilities Project Management of reclamation project and other site activities. Manage a team of Resident Engineers (RE) and Resident Technical Officers (RTO) on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and Client's requirements. Work closely with Project Management Team, QP(S), QP(D), Client, Contractors and local Authorities to ensure successful and timely completion of the project. Work closely with Contract Administrative Team to resolve contractual issues. Chair regular site progress meetings to resolve site issues. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor or Master Degree) recognized by BCA/IES/ACES. A minimum 10 years of relevant Project Management experience in Infrastructure/Reclamation/Marine projects. Hold a membership with the Society of Project Management (Singapore) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Association of Project Managers (UK) or equivalent. Infrastructure planning experience, work experience within reclamation works will be highly regarded. Well-developed analytical ability with sound verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, resourceful and focused to meet deadlines and positive outcomes. Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite of Software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc).
