Vice President, Renewable Energy Investments

- Candidates must have relevant sector experience (in Renewables or Infrastructure sector)
- Develop, update, maintain and optimize detailed financial models for renewable energy project models across development and operation phases
- Support project evaluation by working closely with development, legal, and finance teams and external advisors to provide up-to-date information concerning local tax and regulation matters impacting company's investments
- Carry out in-depth risk-return evaluation of investment opportunities with focus on return optimization and scenario analysis
- Track and analyse actual project performance in collaboration with finance and operations teams
- Provide financial projections and analysis to support permitting, financing and deal structuring, including lender models and draft term sheets
- Prepare investment memorandum and presentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to financing strategies / ideation for new development initiatives, exploring innovative structures and funding options (e.g., negotiate and secure project financing)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Years of experience: Minimum 6-8 years in Investment, Corporate or Project Finance; Big 4 advisory experience
- Advanced financial modelling skills and project finance modelling experience
