Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Java Developer with strong leadership and architecture design expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities System Architecture Design : Take ownership of designing a robust and scalable system architecture using the Spring Boot + Vue stack. Team Leadership and Mentorship : Lead and mentor our existing Java and Vue developers, elevating the overall technical proficiency of the team. Development Guidance and Project Management : Provide technical guidance, oversee the development process, and implement a comprehensive testing plan to ensure high-quality project delivery. Database Management : Proficient in My SQL, with hands-on experience in database design and performance optimization. Requirements Experience : At least 5 years of relevant full-stack development. Strong Java Development Skills : Expertise in Java programming, especially with the Spring Boot framework, capable of independently handling complex backend tasks. Front-End Skills : Experience with Vue for front-end development, with the ability to work across the full stack. My SQL Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of My SQL, including query optimization and efficient database structure design. Spoken Language : English AND Chinese advantageous (if you cannot speak Chinese but you are highly skilled, we still welcome you to apply :) ) Benefits 13th Month Bonus Performance and Multi-Year Bonus (subject to performance) Medical Claims Annual Leave, Medical Leave Office at a great location, with gym and swimming pool access.
