Join Apple as an AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst, based at our Ang Mo Kio campus. In this role, you'll contribute to enhancing user experiences through data annotation and evaluation, supporting Siri and other AI services.
Description
As part of our talented team, you'll annotate audio and visual data, evaluate responses against guidelines, and utilize your language and cultural knowledge. This fast-paced environment values creativity, flexibility, and a focus on customer experience. We provide training to develop your expertise in understanding and improving customer interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in Taiwanese Mandarin and Traditional Chinese reading, writing, and comprehension
Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension
Excellent active listening skills with an understanding of verbal nuances
Knowledge of local region and cultural variations
Integrity and commitment to customer privacy
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail and critical thinking in language evaluation
Strong organizational skills and system navigation ability
Experience in content review or similar environments
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workflows
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with AI assistants like Siri or similar
High performance in repetitive and ambiguous scenarios
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
