DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role
The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity/network products at the L1/2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity/networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge to post-sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey.
This role will report to Technical Manager.
As the Solutions Engineer, you will:
Support calls for L1/L2 troubleshooting
To assist In healthcheck and upgrade for cybersecurity and network devices.
Handle Project Kick off Meeting
Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity / networks equipment
Configuration of cybersecurity / networks equipment
Migration of cyber security / networks equipment
User Acceptance Test
To draft documentation for project
Proactively managing customer’s expectation
