Senior Equipment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment capability meets production demand.

Your analytical skills and experience in the semiconductor foundry industry will enable you to effectively troubleshoot and improve current procedures.

You will work closely with engineers from various fields to resolve equipment abnormalities and defects, maintaining a high level of quality throughout.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to evaluate new equipment and materials, contributing to better efficiency and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and address equipment issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain equipment capability for production
  • Balance tool availability with production line and process engineers
  • Engage in equipment troubleshooting and quality improvement initiatives
  • Evaluate new equipment and materials for improved efficiency and quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Automation, or Aerospace Engineering
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor foundry industry
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concept
  • Able to lead cross-department projects and manage small groups
  • Experience working day and night shifts
