Responsibilities Develop sales & marketing strategies locally and regionally to achieve sales targets and budgets. Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand market share and maintain current accounts through client rapport. Lead the Sales team in proposal preparation, business plans presentation, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations to ensure successful and profitable project completion. Ensure quality of sales service and adherence to policies and procedures, safeguarding the Company's proprietary information. Organise exhibitions, trade shows, and presentations to market the Company's brand name and products. Provide quality after‐sales service, including technical problem advisory. Understand customers' needs and strategically market products to reach out to customers. Develop, present and sell value proposition. Gather customer insights and market intelligence to assist business teams in winning projects and countering competitors' strategies. Provide value‐add service through proposals of alternatives, cost savings and other required information. Seek opportunities in value‐add projects or other products to diversify the business portfolio. Prepare and present annual sales budget to Management and obtain approval; implement and monitor execution after approval. Liaise with local Sales & Marketing personnel and Plant Managers for information exchange and execution of directives to achieve common goals. Submit responses to RFPs/RFQs. Counsel, train, and guide the Sales team to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals. Hire, train, set goals, and monitor performance of the Sales team and direct reports. Be able to travel overseas to meet customers and the Sales team 50–70% of the time or as required. Perform any other duties as assigned by superior or management. Requirements Educational Qualifications Degree in Engineering. Other Technical/Professional Qualifications Technical Qualification in Precision Engineering. Experience Minimum 10 years in a similar capacity in the metal stamping industry. Knowledge Required Market intelligence in similar industry; sales & marketing strategies; strong technical understanding in Metal Stamping, Tool Making, Injection Moulding, Machining processes and costing; familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 & TS 16949 requirements. Skills Required Outstanding presentation, negotiation, marketing and selling skills. Interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Attributes Required Customer centric; pleasant personality; conduct with professionalism & integrity. Demonstrate maturity, tactfulness, and resourcefulness; display positive attitude, impartiality, meticulousness, and openness. Approachable & good mentoring skills. Work independently and as well as in a team.
