Drive integrated marketing activations (paid, owned, earned) that amplify key programmes and festivals. Own always‐on channels and community management, maintaining engagement and list hygiene. Serve as MarComms project lead on priority initiatives, coordinating cross‐functional teams toward OKRs. About the Brand, Marketing & Communications Division To develop Singapore into a thriving innovation‐driven economy and loveable city by design, the Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) division raises the level of design appreciation on home ground by amplifying Dsg's initiatives, publicising Singapore design and designers, and advocating the impact and value of design. The division also advances the Singapore Design Brand internationally, elevating Singapore's reputation as a leading UNESCO Creative City of Design and a thought leader for Global‐Asian design excellence. About This Role You will play an integral role in leading and shaping the marcomms strategy for Dsg, executing Dsg's overall marcomms efforts, with a focus on strengthening market positioning locally and internationally. Our ideal candidate would embody the following attributes: You are energised by the opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive marcomms strategies to strengthen Dsg's positioning in both local and international markets. You are motivated and continuously seek to drive positive coverage of Dsg programmes/initiatives through earned and paid media, including amplification, and are always on the lookout for partnerships, advocates and thought leadership opportunities. You thrive on crafting end‐to‐end marcomms plans grounded in rigorous market insight and competitive intelligence, spotting trends and white‐space opportunities before others do. You take ownership and collaborate well with internal teams and external stakeholders, including media partners, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging. Key Responsibilities Carry out day‐to‐day PR management, media relations and narrative development. Drive integrated marketing activations and manage campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels. Own always‐on channels and community management, ensuring engagement and list hygiene. Communicate with agencies and track performances of PR and marketing campaigns, ensuring KPIs are achieved. Coordinate and manage specific projects, cross‐functional meetings and OKRs, address media vendor needs and prepare procurement documentation. Requirements 3–5 years of integrated communications and marketing experience (1–3 years for Assistant Manager, 5–8 for Senior Manager) in the public sector, cultural or creative industries. Successful track record in media relations, PR campaigns and multi‐channel marketing, including agency management and KPI delivery. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field. Professional certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are advantageous. Excellent writing, editing and media‐pitching skills. Solid understanding of performance‐marketing metrics and tools. Strong stakeholder and project‐management capabilities, comfortable operating in a matrixed, fast‐paced environment. Results‐oriented, self‐starter, diplomatic collaborator with strong attention to detail. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
