Job Description:

As a junior marine surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting vessel inspections and cargo surveys. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing and reporting on the condition of vessels, equipment, and cargo.

You will work closely with clients to provide detailed reports and recommendations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough marine surveys and cargo inspections onboard vessels and sites.
  • Assess and report on cargo, equipment, and vessel conditions for insurance claims.
  • Verify vessel compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITE Nitec or Diploma in Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, or Maritime.
  • Shipboard experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including public holidays, and overseas travel opportunities.
  • 6-month probationary period.
