Service Expert Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Service Expert to carry out machine installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role involves installing equipment safely and correctly, performing regular maintenance checks, and resolving technical issues promptly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all machines are installed and set up according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on product usage and maintenance best practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering discipline.
  • No prior experience required; we welcome applications from fresh graduates.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift rotations, Monday to Friday.
