Love being around aircraft and working where the action is? Get ready for an exciting, hands-on role where no two days are the same As a Line & Ramp Service Agent at Jet Aviation, you'll be right at the heart of ramp operations — keeping things moving safely, smoothly, and with top-notch service.
From assisting with baggage and transporting customers and crew, to handling Ground Support Equipment (GSE), you'll play a key role in delivering a great experience on the ground.

Here\'s what your day could look like:
Handle ramp operations while following top-tier safety and quality standards
Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers
Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting
Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision
Keep things stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties
Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs
Report any hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe
What We\'re Looking For:
A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
A valid driver\'s license and a strong sense of responsibility
Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above)
A courteous, respectful attitude and a reliable work ethic
Willingness to work flexible hours — rain or shine
Must be able to handle the demands of an active, on-the-move role
A strong eye for quality and a natural focus on customer service
The ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure
Someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working outdoors
Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency)
