Job Title: Senior Construction Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, as well as a minimum of 1 year's experience in quantity surveying. You should also be proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD, and have excellent communication and project management skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter , you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, check tender drawings, and material specifications.
  • Managing subcontract issues and coordinating site meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
