Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Customer Service cum Logistic Support Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in coordinating with customers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day coordination, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation. You will work closely with the logistics team to support transportation and warehousing activities.
In order to excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
We require candidates with at least an O-Level qualification or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential. Additionally, we value teamwork and collaboration, and we encourage applications from individuals who can demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
